W1D4 done. Legs still recovering from yesterday. I am feeling super tired but I feel much better having worked out. Looking forward to next week.
W1D3 done. Started on Sunday this week and took yesterday off. Also made a tactical mistake today. About half way through my my workout I realized I was doing W2D3’s workout.
That annoyed me but I finished it and will just do W1D3 next week. Legs are cooked after doing 11 sets of squats today. You all can look forward to that next week.
Any recommendations on a PPSA. I am 6’3 and weigh about 205-210. I am getting married July 9 and going on the honeymoon the day after. Wouldn’t mind cutting some fat around the waist and just getting a bit more muscular. Don’t want to go overboard and be massive but be in better shape overall. In 2022 I was consistently in the gym but a back injury and Covid hit me hard and I haven’t been back since the Fall. Thanks.
