I'm at 262 of 1200 planned. I'm a little behind but have been making up for it this month. I'm at 84 for the month of March and I have a HM Sunday plus a 17 mile scheduled for next Saturday.
I have to travel quite a bit over the next month and I take advantage of being away from home and run after work those days.

I’m at 403 miles out of 2,000. Was on schedule until my 4 mile week last week

I’m getting the sense that I would hate BnG in real life.
funny AND a handsome bastard.
Speaking of 30+ miles.... just booked the lodging for a 50k in September. To date 15 miles is my longest run.
My wife was on the fence but one of my running buddies made some comments on her instagram and it pushed her over the edge.
So speaking of 30 miles and rock hard abs, I’m about to go do a long one in Tyler, TX and go see if I can find some roses.
ETA: for fun... I don’t have any rock hard abs pics but I do have a pic of my before I decided to turn my shite around.
This was me at 260 lbs 11 years ago. Did insanity and started dipping to skip meals (don’t do that)
Obviously I’m not as in shape as some of y’all but I’m happy with the transition.

Damn man, you’re barely recognizable
I agree that BNG seems like the total package

I'm pretty sure we'd be best friends.
Seriously, congrats on the 50k. I don't have it in me to do a trail 50. Keep on grinding dude. As long as you can look down and see your penis, you'll be in better shape than 90 percent of America and 100 percent of the OT.

Great work and keep it up. 7 years ago I was 215 and fat. As of today I’m 163 and NOT ripped but have managed a much healthier lifestyle.

Since we are all posting pics now I’ve tossed around the idea of posting your best and worst race photo.
Good idea? Bad? I realize most good or bad race photos would center around one’s face so I can understand if some want to remain anonymous.

I’m down for that.
I have a race picture that got ladies on TexAgs slinging game my way. Which is funny because I’m a fat no-game-having ugly SOB.

It’s pretty amazing the change the weight does to your whole look. I can’t believe my wife married my fatass at the time.

My best race photo is also my worst race photo.
For those in the know, you better believe it's the frosty.

Well, I ate carbs at lunch (chicken wrap) and ran after work. It helped.

You always look so exhausted in your photos. No offense because you’re a bad mofo and are giving it your all but I get tired looking at your pics.
I’ll submit 2 photos. One where I don’t look like a total tard and one where I ran with my son (7 at the time) and I turned to figure out where he was and the little shite sprinted past me and beat me.

I don’t have any really recent ones, so just add some grey hair now.
Worst:
This was either my first or 2nd 5k after I started back running around 2008ish. It was hot as hell. Like one of the hottest races I’ve ever done. I look like I’m dying, and I have that terrible goatee.
Best:
No idea when this was, but it’s one of the rare race photos where I don’t look like I’m dying, so

I always pictured Salmon with shoulder length hair and large traps from splitting wood.

The beard has definitely been longer at times, but I’ve never been able to handle long hair. I tried in college for a bit, but just couldn’t stand it.

That’s definitely one of the Forge Hell’s Hills races at Lincoln Parish Park in Ruston. Gotta be from 2012 or so, because the guy behind you hasn’t lived in Louisiana for at least 5 years.

Yeah, I think you are right. Knew it was from 2012-2014ish.
The beard is so much greyer now. Damn kids.
