Most of my stuff is pharmaceutical since I have a prescription. I keep some from Q and another UGL on hand though. Just in case. The last oil promo Q ran was $4.50 per vial, I didn’t have the restraint to pass on that.

Got my bloodwork back and my hemotocrit was 53.2. Need to donate blood again.

Is there anything that can help that besides donating blood?

Donating is dumb according to a lot of the TRT docs. What’s yall thoughts on this?

My crit runs 50ish and donating hadn’t crossed my mind fwiw. High altitude areas walk around with hct well above that with no harm. Just my 0.02

he is right and wrong

there is nothing that i know of that talks about super compensation and there is nothing wrong with walking around with levels on high side of normal or right outside of normal

also nothing wrong with giving blood either

here is a thread where dante talks about all this, including the point you made about altitude

LINK

scroll and read Dantes replies. its a long read but great one with cited studies

here is where he talks about IP-6
LINK

if you are not following him you should be

Just getting around to reading his IG. He pretty much mimics what Jordan Grant says here though… I don’t think donating is the answer unless you have clotting issues

The VitC thing is new news to me. Good to know because I take the shite out of it. I’ll probably finish this bottle & back off.

Going to donate and then try IP6. I get my blood work done every quarter and I can see how it goes.

Also on my blood test from labcorp has a range for free Testosterone (Direct) pg/ml of 6.8 to 18.1 as normal. Does that sound correct?

Actually the end range I show is 21.5

My total was 240, 7.8 free, 4-5 weeks ago

bear in mind that if you're even a little dehydrated your hemotocrit can spike.

mine is routinely mid-50s but I live at over 9,000 ft elevation so that's a factor too - for me, not so much for you in Dallas. But with seveal consecutive labs showing mid-50s my provider (Defy) shows zero concern for my hematocrit levels.

Yes, I’ve been reading most people (me included) are dehydrated because we are fasting for bloodwork.

I did order some IP6 and started it today.

I did join the meso board and there is tons of info there plus lots of resources about buying product.

2 capsules twice a day. 2 capsules per the bottle is 800mg of IP6.

I kind of think I need to be better hydrated for blood test.
