If it were me, I’d increase my hydration, use the cpap religiously, and continue dropping weight, re rest In a few months. Donating is a temporary solution that’ll decrease your iron/ferritin levels and just cause you to rebound shortly after.
Were you well hydrated for that lab draw? It was likely early in the AM so you could’ve well been dry from the night before giving you a false high.

This needs to be said more often. I'm not sure why it's become the supposed norm to donate in order to bring down hematocrit. It does little to nothing to bring it down in the short or long term. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate is the solution.

Need some feedback on bloodwork. My current regimen is 200 mg of testosterone per week injected EOD and 3IU of GH daily. Started TRT in May at this dose and started GH in July at 1IU and have been titrating up.
Total: 1573 ng/dL
Free: 320.7 pg/mL
Bioavailable: 631.6 ng/dL
E2: 81 pg/mL
Hemoglobin: 16.4 g/dL
Hematocrit 50%
IGF-1: 381 ng/mL
Z score: 2.3
All other markers, lipids, ApoB, liver enzymes, fasted insulin, glucose, A1C are all good.
The only high E2 symptom that I have been having is a ton of bloating.
So, my question is should I keep at this current dose or should I back down? Its just concerning to me so get the bloodwork back and see all these values in the red.

shite, I'd let it ride. You frickers and your high free test numbers piss me off. I'm assuming your SHBG number is on the lower end of the spectrum?
In regards to your E2.....if your E2 to total number is at a ratio of 20:1 or less, I don't know that I'd worry about it. Right now you're at 19.43:1, which is close to the cut off (for me).
If the bloating is bothering you, maybe someone else could chime in on an E2 blocker and the proper dosage protocol. You just don't want to crash your E2.....that ain't good.

For the baws worried about hematocrit - I know it has already been said here but CARDIO is your friend. I do essentially zero cardio, have always been a hard gainer focused on weights only to build size. With my hematocrit creeping up I decided to incorporate 15 minutes of cardio at the end of each of my workouts 5 days a week. I started doing that in July, nothing else in my routine has changed. Below are the results
