I want to start by saying that I understand Diet, Exercise, and stress management is the main key. My question is, have you guys ever tried any legal test boosting Supplements that helped or worked in your opinion? I know that reducing sugar, alcohol, getting the right macrosand enough sleep are all important. I'm just looking for something to work in conjunction with lifestyle changes.

I meant to add that this would be for someone who presumably has lower T and not in great shape. I'd assume a test boosting supplement wouldn't really do much for someone who is optimal in levels, diet, and exercise regimine.

In my early days, I tried a lot of Test Boosters.... A-HD, C6, Recover, and a couple more I can't remember.
Not much success with any
Recover was probably by far the best. It is used as a Test Booster and a PCT.. so it is by far the strongest I've used.

Get tested.. The doctor can give you much stronger test boosters than a supplement store.

Yes I have. You're not going to see huge benefits from them like you would from hormonal injections but if your diet and training are at a peak then you could see some benefits.

I take Alpha Test by MuscleTech, essentially it's vitamins that are led to increase natural T levels.

I've also taken Alpha-AF by steel supps which is more of a true PCT and a lot stronger supp.

Someone else more knowlegeable can chime is but, theyll mostly be a waste of money. Boosting in natural ranges isnt going to do much for you if youre already in a normal range. Go to the doc if youre not.

The only sups ive seen direct benefit from over the years that are legal and not a hormone precursor. Whey, creatine, fish oil, and caffeine. Pure anecdotal though, but ive tried a lot.

Natural "test boosters" are a meme. Go to the doc and get on TRT.

My endocrinologist told me that they were mostly sawdust and bullshite. What everybody else said.. get tested and let a physician handle it.

I just go by where I hear the ads. Sports radio. Must be BS for the most part.

Not even shifting on the OP. I am 44 and in the same boat. Not much get up and go. Used to be a gym rat and now I can't imagine being there.

I'd love any insight into who to see for this? Houston is FULL of low-t centers. Are they legit places or are they gonna put you on SOMETHING?

I know ive personally seen 2 guys with DVT that were on TRT? Anybody speak to safety of the treatment?

Look for reputable places via google man. Ive got 2 older friends who have done it. One went to a shady guy who may as well been a dealer at a local gym. The other did bloodwork amd suggested diet and exercise before starting a very moderate trt strategy with follow ups for wellness checks.

If they dont do bloodwork... chances are you just found an expensive legal drug dealer.

I took Andro Test from Prosource with another test booster I got at Albertsons from MuscleTech and I felt like all I wanted to do was workout all the time. Some cat in the forums says he took twice the dosage and it made him feel like he was on Deca. Who knows if that was true.

LINK

I think it may be on Amazon too.

Do not waste your money on AndroTest. The only ingredients that have "test boosting" properties are tribulus and zinc.

I've read in various articles that intermittent fasting provides a natural T-boost although have no idea how significant.

I'm 40 and pretty sure that I'm in the normal range so I have no interest in any boosts (yet). However, I'm assuming that it's better to be in the upper range and would increase my IF frequency if it resulted in significant improvement.

Cory Gregory who created Muscle Pharm and sold it is a big proponent of this, Anabolic Fasting.

I take them every now and then if I'm hitting a plateau. In my experience, a good one can help bust through a weight you've been stuck at.
