As many men have I’ve become extremely rigid as I approach 40.

What type of mobility routines and exercises does everyone do to remain flexible and maintain mobility

I have been doing ROMWOD for a few months. It targets a lot of lower body stretching. Also they like to hold the positions for 1 to 4 min to get deep in the stretch, which I do like. There are probably others out there that are just as good.

I second ROMWOD. Also check out the book, “Becoming a Supple Leopard” by Dr. Kelly Starrett.

Early Starrett videos from ~2011 were easily his best stuff, damn near every video was gold.

This suggestion is not a joke. Try yoga. It should improve your mobility, as well as strengthen your core which will allow you to be more mobile. If your too tough to try yoga, try workouts like the T25 or Insanity workouts. I find them to be good all around workouts.

Kelly Starrett is great for mobility work.

The Ready State

I have hours of videos from one of his earlier conferences and it has helped tremendously.
