My therapist has left massage emporium. Any other places to go and recs? I like deep tissue and sports massages.
They need to be licensed so I can use my insurance. TIA

The Delta PT office at Geaux Crossfit has a good one but shes booked through mid July.

I went to Central physical therapy and man did I need it. Thoracic outlet and extreme tightness in the trap, chest, and scapula. They said it was one of the tightest they've seen

You need to call trifecta sports therapy

think im gonna hit Trifecta up. who do you use? I have a knot in my upper-mid back (just to the right of my spine) and it wont go away

Rebecca E was my therapist at massage emporium for a while and it was way better than any other deep tissue I have received.
