Any health/fitness baws work out during their lunch breaks? I tried this today and enjoyed it. I am looking for advice on any plans that yall may follow on a crunch for time.

I wish I could. I always perform really well mid-day. I don’t think my bosses would like it if I took 2 hour breaks everyday.

How do you squeeze a full routine into an hour break?

Yep.
I work from home so I get my CrossFit classes in at noon most days.
Early morning sucks, lifts don't feel strong at all, takes forever to wake up. Evening workouts are fine... If I can get motivated to go. Noon is great because I am not yet burnt out by work and want to go to the gym, but also feel strong and capable.
ETA
I do take 11:30 - 1:30 for warmup + workout + lunch most of the time. Again, I work from home.. my boss knows I do it and I actually block out my work calendar every day in that time frame, but as long as my work gets done and I don't skip meetings and shite because of it nobody cares.

I work out at lunch time and love it, but, I set my own hours and am flexible with my work. Could see it being hard if you only have an hour.

Thats plenty of time to get a quality workout in.
Youre not a pro, you dont need a 3 hour gym session..

Sex during lunch time is great exercise if you can sneak away from work. Us old timers call it nooners but you youngers may call it something else. Halftime during LSU football games is great timing. Just don't take too long.

Lunch time workouts aren't for everyone, but they can work for everyone! Can make an hour work, 1:15 is much more doable.
To the poster who asked how do you get a workout done in one hour its pretty easy using most of the established programs. For example, 531 you can do 5 min warmup, 5-10 mins mobility and stretch. 10-15 min primary exercise (its only 3 sets so don't need that much rest time), and 15 min accessory work (with very little rest between sets), done in 40 minutes.
Definitely some trade-offs including recovery time between sets and extra accessory work, but for folks who are time-limited in the mornings and evenings its a great option.

I've had a boring office job for about 20 years (not complaining) so I try to mix up my lunch routine. I'll bring a lunch and take a 30 minute nap about twice a week. Go out to lunch with co-workers 1-2 times/week.
About once/week, I'll go to my gym that's about 10 minutes away for lunch. I'm usually gone for about two hours but fortunately that's fine with my current office situation. That's the one day that I take a PWO (or Bang) and I always get the most work done of the week that afternoon.
