Are there any available to purchase or is this something I will have to whip up from scratch?

Is the bbq sauce as bad as the dressings? I got so burnt out on them.

I've just used pickapeppa sauce or just hot sauce and dashed a tiny bit of Splenda on it for dipping

There are some sugar free BBQ sauces commercially available.. but IDK if they're any good or actually keto friendly.

I used to use Stubb's spicy BBQ sauce when I did keto. It's got a few carbs but it can be used sparingly without knocking you out of ketosis.

Some of the dressings aint that bad lol. I just had an Italian red pepper or something like that and it was pretty good. The ranch is one of the grossest things I have ever put in my mouth. The BBQ is more like a vinegar based BBQ and it is a little sweet. I'm not a sweet BBQ fan so I didn't care for it but my wife loves that sauce.

Keto stuff drives me crazy. It's just BBQ sauce, use your favorite brand sparingly. You will be fine.

That's honestly how I did it too. I never got out of keto on sauces alone.

I used Annie’s organic. Low sugar if I remember correctly.

Do you recommend Keto? I do IF and track macros about 80-90% of the time and it works well. But would keto be even better? Or not necessary with what I'm doing

I like it. I had great energy on it. Unless you aren't getting the results you want with what you got, I wouldn't change it.

same. i also use buffalo sauce (no carb) and vinegar/mustard a lot--i'm a sauce freak, so i'll put many different things from salsa and hot sauce to cheese dip and sour cream, on a plate and alternate. homemade avocado oil mayo with spicy bbq stuff mixed in. it's easy to convert traditional bbq sauce from a sugar hazard to a good fat source.

Stubb's is a pretty solid base thought, in moderation. for bg: i eat very low carb generally, but i don't know how much i'm in significant nutritional ketosis. so, i'm lazy keto in a lot of ways. I'm not going to forgo freaking bbq sauce for the sake of keto, given my overall diet.
