I'm reading online that just spin class is bad. I don't have time for other exercise classes nor do I know what to do

Better than nothing. Worse than a more balanced approach.

In the sense that you’ll look like a female if you only spin, I guess

If all you do is spin classes, your body will adapt and you'll plateau eventually.

Don't get me wrong, it's better than doing nothing, but eventually you'll stop losing weight quickly and your legs will stop getting stronger because they're used to that type of exercise.

Spin until you stop seeing results, then switch it up to running, HIIT calisthenics, boxing/kickboxing, swimming,etc.... and do that until you stop seeing results, then you can go back to spin classes.

Rinse and repeat

It is a form of exercise so it isn't bad. Is it the best? No, but if it is all you can do or have time for, then get better at spin.

I would suggest you start doing the bodyweight reddit recommended routine. You can find the app bodyweight fitness pro on the app store. It will walk you thru it and you can do it at home and it has videos and progressions to walk you thru the process.

If you could do the bodyweight routine 2x per week and then spin 3x, I think you would be on a much better path for overall fitness.

Runners rule #37
Cycling or riding a bike is not exercise, it's the lazy way to get from A to B.

Runners rule #93
Spinning is even worse than cycling.

Do you enjoy it?

Do it.

It's that simple. It's not going help you build much muscle but it is good exercise.

I’m a fan of the Shred app.

Haven't looked at it. The bwf routine was designed by Steven low, author of overcoming gravity

You won’t gain muscle mass and overall strength, but it’s good exercise for cardio vascular endurance and health. If you’re eating a proper diet, and that’s the only form of exercise you have access to, go for it. But like lsu777 said, incorporating a bodyweight routine would do wonders.
