I don't think so. Where are you located? 5 Star Nutrition has one for free if you have a location near you.

I'm in North GA. Looks like there is one fairly close in Kennesaw. Thanks.

Yeah son; one right when I wake up, then one after breakfast. My body is a well oiled machine. When something goes in, something must come out.

Full disclosure, my second one is usually around 10:15am, before I go to the gym at 11.

I used to be like that, but it’s when I was overeating on a regular basis. Now I can go a day or two in between.

I’m sitting at DFW, and every stall in several locations are taken with dudes waiting to shite. I would pay good money for a private stall right now!
Regarding in-body…I get much better results immediately after a workout. SMM is up and BF down compared to before. Sitting a shade under 15% right now…at least when I game the system.

How much does dehydration affect the results? They have one at Reds and finally decided to give it a try, came it at 222lbs with 11% bf.

Where can I get an InBody in Baton Rouge?
What is the cost?
Is it a creepy vibe like the Rejuvime commercials?

You should be hydrated, faster and have not worked prior to getting one.

5'8", 199lbs, 150lbs of lean body mass. I've been bulking for months now. I know it's time to cut but I've been struggling.

I eat pretty healthy just a lot of calories. I'll call my diet animal based. Tons of beef, fruit, dairy, honey, and a vegetable here and there.

I do an Inbody scan every 6 weeks. SMM is on the up and PBF is on the way down over time.

Gonna try to get there tomorrow when they open at 10. Should I have a little water early?

Hydrate as normal. Don’t overdo it and don’t be dehydrated.

Many are closed. Gym in Denham is $25.

I’ve been meaning to ask you did you ever find a massage place that does insurance? I found a chiropractor that has a therapist in house. Still paid $25 co-pay for 30 minute massage, where out-of-pocket rate is $30 for 30 minutes. So I’m not saving that much money, but it’s still cool. Could never get a straight answer on how to do it from Blue Cross. But this place will charge the insurance so I don’t have to worry about reimbursement.

Still some work to be done. Wish I had gotten one done when I started really watching my diet and working out.

Looks like hydration plays into the body fat %. After a night of drinking, weighed in 220.4 down from 222 on Tuesday. My body fat dropped from 11 to 8.7, so unless they had dnp in my tequila, your best bet is to do it same time of the day and take out as many variables.

Well, ya boy got fatter in the last 6 months.
Not surprising though, my workouts have dropped from 4-5 a week to 3-4 a week lately, and i took a week off recently for vacation. Time to put in some work!
