Had my second scan today. It was on the same machine as last time (a Styku). I've been watching the scale at home and was a little discouraged since I've been hovering around the same weight for a few weeks.

The scan however made me a little upbeat.

10/8 Results:
244 lb
33.8% fat
82.5 lb fat
161.5 lb non-fat

12/2 Results:
239 lb
29.0% fat
169.6 lb non-fat

So I've only dropped 5 lbs in 8 weeks. However, I've gained 8 lbs fat-free mass. I'm going to assume thats muscle mass since I'm not taking anything to strengthen bone density.

13.1 lbs fat loss!

I haven't been in a good routine the last few weeks due to various reasons. Makes me wonder what potential fat loss and muscle gains I could've had that I missed out on.

Welp, here we go. Fattest ive been since ive started taking inbody scans. Got this one today. First time breaking 17% BF in two years. But i did it so i can know how well my cut goes starting on the new year. Few more days of food, family, and booze, then its time to buckle down, and zero in on the diet. I want to be sub 14% BF by April.

frick..... way better than mine this morning. Mine said i lost SMM in the july and august yet i have add like 40-50lsb atleast to all my big lifts...doesnt fricking make sense

i have 14%+ bodyfat to lose, like 26 lbs total still to go.

are you going to keep going? I think you would prolly look complete shredded and actually look bigger between 180-185.

Yeah goal weight is 185. But im gonna try to get down to it without losing any SMM, but we will see how that goes lol

Homey, I’m curious what your goal is from a fitness standpoint(aesthetics, strength, BB/Physique competition) and why 185?

Nice job. You’ve got about 8 more lbs of muscle than me. I can’t imagine putting on more muscle. I’m at 180 but can’t get below 11%. I’ve basically given up trying to get to 175.

I just want to stay active and healthy for about 6 more decades so i can watch my daughter grow up, and never be limited bc im too old to move around. And of course i wanna look good naked. Trying to lose a little weight so that my blood pressure gets back to normal. Its usually around 130/86ish. But im taking a low dose of BP medicine, so id like to get off of it completely.

Wrong Big guy. I’ve never been more than 210. I was about 28% BF though. FAT

Fantastic reason to stay fit! Looking good naked is just a bonus lol

I was just curious bc I’m 5’7 and even at my heaviest of 165 I can’t imagine trying to add another 15-20 pounds of muscle. But at that low % of BF I’m sure you are ripped AF. Must have a hard time finding pants that fit well in the legs or shirts that fit your shoulders but are too baggy everywhere else lmao

Alright, gents. The summer is upon us! Lets see how everyone's pool season is gonna be! Did yall get jacked or did yall take bulking a little too far?!

Post those scans, and make the rest of us either feel like shite, or feel great about ourselves

I'm going to get one done Saturday morning. Its tough for me to get there during the week because they don't open until 10am, and by that time I've already had my big breakfast, taken two shits, and drank about 80oz of water. But on Saturday, I can sleep in, eat a smaller breakfast, and layoff the excess water until after I weigh in.
