Finally got another Inbody scan. First since i think January. Now, this time was in the evening after drinking water all day, eating breakfast and lunch, and wearing jeans and a polo, so the overall weight and water weight are prolly a bit off. Only went because my girlfriend wanted to get one done before going eat, so i obliged.

I was surprised my PBF went down considering my diet lately.

Keep protein high and keep lifting. Consistency will get you there

No where near. I still can't see my abs. I thought I had a lot more fat to lose.

I don't want to gain weight. I like being lighter. I thought about going lower. But I don't have much fat to lose.

The guy said my water level is high (64%), range should be 50-65%. Could or should I go lower?

I appreciate it. I am going to go pretty strict the next 4 weeks and see where the numbers go..

That is probably why. Any reason you might be retaining water?

I don't know. I'm sure diet has something to do with it. I did it later in the day. I didn't ear or drink anything a couple of hours before. But that might have something to with it.

I'm doing my first scan Saturday morning. The gym I go to has a Styku scanner. They want me to do a scan before and after my workout. Any questions I should ask or pointers I need to know. The manager at the gym gave me a very brief overview. Just said they'll show me how to start the scan and then go get a scan in my boxers. Mainly interested in what to ask them when we go over the results. I wish I would've done one of these 11 months ago when I started going to the gym to get a true baseline starting point.

test wasnt accurate then

you have to do the test 1st thing in the morning after you piss, fasted for it to be accurate. no coffee, no energy drinks, not even water

Yeah, I jacked mine up this morning by going after a couple cups of coffee, water and a banana.

Got it! The part that sucks is that they cant do it until 10AM. By that point (on a Saturday) I've typically already been up for 4 hrs (2hrs of which is my workout) and eaten breakfast.
