I work out 5 days a week in my garage following PPSA programs.
My diet at the moment is nothing special. I just eat lol. I plan to start back macro counting after vacation in 2 weeks. I usually do carb cycling when counting and follow Ryan Fischer’s protocol but I may just roll with a standard 2200 cals, with 40% protein, 30/30 carbs and fats.

Three week progress update:

Over a pound a week.
Be careful. I was on the same rate and ended up getting my stomach back. Been cutting and it’s almost gone again then it’s time for slow and healthy bulking
Nicely done on the BF %!

I know, i need to slow the overall weight gain down. I know what i need to do with my diet, i just havent been doing it. I was pleasantly surprised with the BF%. I'd like to drop down to about 185, but its going to take some real work in the kitchen.

Same here.
I was eating 3,000 calories and not caring what kind of calories they were.
I switched it up dramatically.

I use the scan at the Anytime Fitness in Walker. A bit of a drive but do it every couple of weeks.

So if I’m a member at anytime I can just walk in and take the test at the walker location?

That’s exactly what I do and have been doing for months. I had to login to that scanning machine and create an account, but since it’s worked like a charm. I always go on Saturday or sunday just to be safe

Update from two weeks ago:
I'm coming off of a week of strep throat, so I didn't eat much and missed four workouts straight. Today was my first day back at work and the gym. My strength seemed to still be there, but I lost 3lbs of muscle. No bueno. Hopefully i can gain that muscle back, then start cutting the fat. Diet plans have been made, and some cardio will be added to my routine to help with the fat cutting.

I did one last week at Lifetime Fitness in Fort Worth - measured 6.2% body fat. I think thats a bit low, I am probably 9% or so.

Is there a place in BR that has this test without having tp be part of their gym?

I couldn't tell ya. I'm located in SWLA.

I like what a trainer told me:
Let the mirror be your ultimate test with body fat percentage. The accuracy is all over with body scans but your eyes will tell you to go up or down in BF.
