What PB recipe did you use? I have some Jocko Chocolate PB powder, and some PB2 chocolate. I hadn't thought about straight PB, but I'd love it. Oreo Thin Mints in a mix with chocolate mint protein powder and a little bit of mint extract... Yes. One of my next batches will be with a blend of strawberry and banana creme protein powder, maybe with raspberries.

And it's funny how your pre-teens can't remember basic instructions, but once they learn how to use the Creami, they become experts without ever seeing the instructions.

FWIW, Woot (Amazon) has refurbished Ninja Creami Deluxe 11-in-1 for $99.99 for several more days or until sold out.

If anyone is looking for some high protein recipes, I've tried several of these and they are all delicious. My go-to is the Cosmic Brownie flavor. His recipes also show you the nutrition breakdown.

After having this a couple of weeks I feel confident this will be a game changer for my Macro counting dieting. I used to always leave room for a sweet treat at night. Now my sweet treat is actually a significant way I get my protein. It is leaving a lot of additional room in the rest of my meals. Love it!

Dutch Chocolate recipe for anyone interested...this is my new go to.

-450g Fairlife 2% chocolate milk
-17g PEScience Select Chocolate Truffle protein powder (this is my favorite, but make sure what you use tastes good because it will significantly affect flavor...weigh out 1/2 scoop)
-12g dutched cocoa powder (I use Ghirardelli)
-50g zero cal sweetener (tweak this to taste...this is going to be very sweet)
-1g xanthan gum
-2g salt
-4g vanilla extract
-4g coffee extract

I normally run the pint under hot water for a minute, throw it in and do a lite ice cream spin, then a respin, and finally a mix in spin to level it out. Comes out with a frosty like texture and tastes amazing.

I make something very similar to this, and you are right, it turns out very much like a Frosty.

I like to make 4-5 batches at a time. I throw everything into a blender and then pour into the Creami jars.

Yeah I need a bigger blender.

I also swap the chocolate protein powder out for Ryse Skippy PB whey and drop the coffee extract for peanut butter cup ice cream. That's really good too and I've mixed in a couple of Reeses thin dark chocolate cups a couple of times and it's ridiculously good...I just dont have the extra calories left over most days to do that more often.

Anyone calculate costs per serving? Just curious how it compares to other options. Are there any other options?

I'd say mine are about $2 a pint...maybe a little more. Mostly due to the price of Fairlife which I use in almost all of mine.

Still, that's cheap as hell, well worth the effort.

Bumping this because I just got on this train

First attempt was awesome, but I’m thinking I could tweak it:

Fairlife 30g NP shake (the white bottle from Costco)
60g banana (about half of one)
20g sugar free pudding mix (about a tablespoon)

Hit the fill line exactly on a 16oz pint, and at 260 cal and 30g protein the taste and consistency was as close as I’d care to get it to chocolate icecream, maybe even a little too sweet. Thinking I’m going to dial back on the banana, pudding mix and add a scoop of low carb powder to bump the protein up a bit

I'm still not brave enough to try subbing stevia for the cane sugar yet. Because I make the base usually four at a time, if I screw it up, I screw it up royally.

Also nice: it's literally impossible to find a clean commercial protein shake. Always has artificial sweetener or stevia.

With this you can control the ingredients.
