I haven't had "weight lifting" energy for 4 months now (after quitting adderall)

Mates, you may remember a couple of months ago that I started a thray on here about beginning TRT. Some of you lads gave me some feedback which caused me to reconsider and do further research, and so I wound up ceasing TRT after the initial loading dose.
I'm now 2 months out from that (and 4 months out from quitting a 12+ year adderall prescription cold turkey) and I still have energy to do a solid job at work, to manage my house, to average 15,000 steps per day, and to run hills or do heavy cardio work (tennis, pickleball, jog, etc). I do not have the energy to pursue dating and lift weights in the ways that make me feel good as man.
Is there any natural way to get this "primal energy" back? Caffeine and pre-workout hasn't worked. From what I've heard, TRT would work but my levels are not low for my age and I'd rather put that off as long as possible. I wonder if semen retention could help? I''ve upped my supplement game a ton and am taking them religiously, and this has not helped.
Should I just take the plunge and supplement my testosterone to get it to optimum levels and pay that price? I'm now at the point where maybe I am open to taking the plunge for real. But I still hope / plan to be a father so that's now my #1 hesitation in taking it. I also DO NOT want to lose my hairline - my doc said that estrogen blockers (I'm forgetting the technical name) and minoxodil can prevent that for the most part, but losing hair would make it not worth it for me. I felt weird about dwelling on this with my TRT doc b'c he's bald and I didn't want to look like a jerk by harping on my hairline.

ok so couple things if you did the "loading phase(not real sure what you are referring to here)" and took testosterone, you shut down natural production and prolly have lower levels
the quiting the adderall is just icing on the cake
lets try and make some real changes for next 3-4 weeks and reevaluate-
#1 lets get 8 hours minimum of sleep a day. need to be practicing good sleep hygiene with no screen time after 9pm period. make it a hard stop. sleep with it cold AF, wear a facemask and ear plugs if you have any lights or sounds or use a sound machine instead of the ear plugs
#2 lets get you on a diet that is conducive to producing testosterone- ill lay that out in a minute.
#3 lets get you on some boron at 15mg every morning and on sustain alpha. we need to see if we can get the testosterone production restarted asap without moving to a Selective estrogen receptor modulator like clomid or nolva because i have a feeling they will make you lethargy and almost depression worse
#4 lets get you lifting just 2x per week right now, ill lay this out below, but you are going to have to stop being a little baby back bitch about this and just suck it up with the discipline to push through for now
#5 you need to lay off any alcohol and you need to become a pussy hound for next month or so. Im not saying that as being the big alpha guy bullshite, im saying that because you are prolly on the verge of slipping into depression and need some dopamine hits and the alpha feeling and get out of your own head with the incel beta bullshite. Even if you are married, make it a point to chase after your wife and try and frick 2x a day if possible. if you are married you know its not even possible once a day but try.
for diet-
lets keep it simple....fatty cuts of meat and 2-3 cups of white rice and or potatoes a day. not sure on weight right now so cant lay out macros but we want everything to be unprocessed and stick to red meat(grass fed if possible), free range eggs, fatty cuts of fish. minimum of 8 eggs per day.
again we are trying to get our hormone levels back where they need to be asap. look at doing 1g per lbs of BW minimum but if you can push it while staying within caloric intake do so
for workout-
lets keep it simple for right now and do a linear progression, take 20% off your current lifts for 5 and hit this, adding 5lbs for upper body, 10lbs for lower body per session
workout A-
1) Barbell Bench- 2x5, 1x5+
2) Weighted chin ups- 3 x 4-6
3) Barbell row - 2x5, 1x5+
4) Barbell Back Squats- 2x5, 1x5+
then take 10-12 min and hit a shoulder shocker routine. you can google shoulder shocker or Defranco shoulder shocker. Its just bunch of different lateral raises to get a huge pump in the delts
workout B-
1) Press- 2x5, 1x5+
2) Bodyweight Chins- 3 sets until failure
3) Deadlifts- 1x5+
4) Squats- 2x5, 1x5+
take 10-12 min to do an arm farm workout where you blast BIs and TRIs. I suggest using blood flow restriction training here and getting the best pump you can
do the above for 4-6 weeks and then go get blood work done and see where levels are and report back on energy levels
oh and stop being a little undisciplined bitch and get your scrawny arse in the there and lift the weights

If you were on Adderall for 12 years and took a loading dose of T then you are gonna have to deal with a lot of unpleasantness before you get back to normal.
The body takes time to heal
Also, there is just a limit to the body. Sure you can amp it up to an unnatural level...but there is a price to pay. I would say to optimize your diet. Do your research, try different things. Trial and error is your friend. Also goes without saying...but get your sleep

Cut the steps back to around 10k. Is that in addition to the cardio, or are you counting steps you're getting running hills etc? It has taken me a while to understand that focusing on one discipline in fitness will naturally take away from other areas. Not to say that you don't want to be at your best in all you strive for, but if you've been doing cardio a ton, your body adapts to that, and trying to bust it lifting weights isn't just going to be easy.
I tend to go back and forth between bike and weights. If I'm riding often and hard, like 4 days a week with one of those being a longer ride, I can't really go heavy on legs as it is just too much. So I'll focus more on upper body strength on the days I'm resting my legs. If I'm taking it easier and more endurance/maintenance work on the bike at 3 days a week, I can incorporate one heavier leg day and another full body day so I am resistance training the legs twice a week.
All that to say, you just need to decide what your goals are and go with that. If it is truly lifting weights, you'll need to cut back on the cardio. Not skip it altogether because it does have great benefits, but HIIT, running hills, and still walking 15k steps a day is going to hinder progress with weights.
Plus what everyone else has said about nutrition and sleep. Get some German Creatine and start taking that every day and it will help everything, but especially weight room performance.

Yah and I'm still keto and have been taking a lot of the supplements. But maybe my body is still healing from the adderall and the testosterone

Creapure is the name of it, and it doesn't have some of the fillers that other creatine monohydrates have in them. It is pretty cheap compared to some supplements, and has a ton of benefits.

That's the one I order from Amazon. I get the one that is 100 servings and it is sometimes on sale for $40-50, so around 50 cents a day.

You actually started a thread about three months ago here.. you were asking for "help" stopping your whacking off habit because you "liked they way it felt walking around with a full load in your balls." I guess that didn't work out so well for you, huh?
You are a weird, weird, weird little dude.

Pretty sure he’s a Russian shill. I don’t fault him, probably not much opportunity over there. But bro, you are really weird.

Funny... he never once struck me as an "alpha". More like a member of the lbgtqavc-+X community.
