How much body fat can I reasonably aim to cut per week?

Obviously I'd like to maintain as much muscle as possible. I'm currently about 192 lbs with 18.8% body fat. I'd like to get that down to about 12% for the summer. I first started lifting in january 2019, but didnt pay much attention to my diet until recently. I'm in the middle of my first ever bulking phase which has been great and this will be my first ever cutting phase. I've been following Leangains and Greyskull and love it. My plan for the cut is to drop calories according to Leangains and start the 360 fasted walking challenge as well as start daily burpees progressing toward VC #1

What are you taking your body fat % with? I recommend a 7 site caliper

Until you get to 14-15% you should be able to lose a Max of around 1% per week without compromising muscle so long as protein is high enough.
After that it will slow drop, though.

It's just a scale that you input your height, age, and gender and it's supposed to calculate it. It may not be 100% accurate but I'm not competing for anything. Figured as long as I measure on the same scale every week I'll at least know if I'm progressing

I'd heavily recommend focusing on process, not results. If you nail down the process, the results will happen.

and what exactly do you recommend? Is my plan in the OP sufficient or should I be doing something different? I'm brand new to this

Leangains and Greyskull are both solid. If you are finding you can stick to both, I'd keep doing that.
Really, finding a legit nutrition and weight program you can stick to consistently is the first step. The second is just consistently executing both programs.
For most people, the results will follow. I'd recommend assessing the results and making any adjustments after at least 4 months of consistent work.
I say consistent so much because once you have the plan laid out, it's really only consistent execution of it that trips up most people.
Good luck!

When using the leangains calculator should I switch it to maintain weight or lose weight? I'm trying to lose body fat but ideally I'd like to lose as little weight as possible. It's a difference of 500 calories
