How many meals does this count as

I usually eat 5 packets of oatmeal in the morning with a plate of french toast sticks after working out. How many meals would this count as???

That’s a lot of calories and carbs. Why not take out the french toast, maybe reduce the oats and add eggs or sausge?

If you don't want to train fasted, hit up a banana pre-workout then post-workout eat a serving or two of oats + 2 eggs and sausage

No clue why you would not include protein after a morning workout.
