How many calories does everyone eat daily.

Ane what are your macros and activity level?
35yrs old, 5'7 155lbs

Mon-friday im normally 1800ish calories with 220g protein, 60g fat, 30g carbs

sat and sunday 2200-2500 calories
180-200g protein, 100carbs, 80 fats

Do weights 1 hr mon- friday. No cardio, but saturdays im outside all day either playing softball tournys or working in the garden.

Carb 50%
Fat 30%
Prot 20%

I dunno if that's right, but that's what MFP has. I rarely ever hit those numbers. I ate a 9 glazed donuts Monday morning.

I eat about 2000kcal per day. On keto diet and IF and follow those macros. I'm 58 and work nights so activity level is down. Typical day is 25 min power walk, 15 min hiit, and 30 min weight training 4-5 days a week with 6-10 min ab work other days.

Goodness. I'm hammering out 340g carbs a day.

*Actually, MFP has me slated for 340g as a daily goal. I'm finishing the day at 240-270g. My settings are to maintain, but I find I'm losing slowly. Depending on how much I binge over the weekend.

Shoot for 4000 a day but I would imagine I don't hit it very often. Just try to eat as much as possible and keep it all healthy during the week so the weekend's liquid calories don't kill me. Trying to put on about 10 pounds of muscle and lose all (most) unnecessary fat. CF 4/5 times a week unless I'm gone for the weekend.

Work out everyday

1950 Calories a day
5% carbs
20% protien
75% fat
