I've been reading that dairy and sugar can make people fatigued and so I've started to eliminate that from my diet. I've got some pre-workout obviously but I'd like to not have to depend on that for every workout you know?

I don't depend on preworkout but it helps me focus and push more weight. It also takes me longer to "get into it" when I go.

Things that helped me were getting in a keto diet and eating consistent.

Carbs are great for peak performance but the high and low peaks of energy could mess with me if I didn't time it correctly.

If you're overweight that's a great start. You'll be amazed at how much energy you have when you aren't carrying around extra lbs

Ever had your hormones tested?

Should understand what you're dealing with first.

How much sleep do you get? I know it isn't easy but I try to get at least 8 hours every night and can tell the difference when I don't.

Here's an anecdotal story for you. I realized that I am basically addicted to sugar and carbs and was also noticing a lack of energy, memory problems and a lack of focus. I quit dairy cold turkey and have been on the Keto train for 3 weeks. The first week was torture, but it's pretty easy now. I know it's still very early, but I haven't felt this good in a long time and my energy is up significantly.

Eat more vegetables. If you NEED supplements to have energy then you are sick/unhealthy.

Stop eating proccessed foods as much as possible.
