Just got home from my H-E-B and I scored HUGE with their clearance items from Healthy Living section of the store. I picked up protein, BCAAs and pre-workout for 75% off of retail price.

I can partially agree on the pre-workout but why do you think Protein and BCAAs are unnecessary?

Unless you are on a vegan or plant based diet BCAA’s are a total waste. If you are eating eggs, beef, chicken, fish, milk, etc you are getting enough BCAA’s from whole food.
