could be but it concerns me that it showed up sudden and out the blue.
i am going to give it the weekend and see how it does. gonna do a bunch of squating and other leg work next couple days and see how it does.

Not the same as mine then. Mine started bothering me during elbow meat when doing all the grip work back in august and I still can't do push ups but as long as my wrist is locked I'm fine so I can still bench. I just wear a brace to keep me from flexing or extending it

Took yesterday and today off from lifting real weights. Took my strengths and used them to throw/pull dead deer on the back of the 4 wheeler. Tomorrow morning may be my last hunt of the year.

W1D4: Superset the alternating heavy db curl cardio and hammer curl (grip) work at your own peril (especially you do the hammers seated on an incline bench)
I’ve never had a pump like this before
//edit the bench was easy today; squat/pull-up supersets had me winded, and OHP (I do it seated due to ceilings) was heavy. Good workout I definitely feel like I’ve been getting after it.

That’s how I felt the other day with the wrist roll ups
Tonight I’m just doing some corrective stuff. Gonna give my wrist a couple days to heal. I actually tested it tonight and it’s been feeling better and better all day and I am able to bench tonight but figured I better not push it and make it worse.

Hmm so I actually don’t have any bumpers so gotta figure something else out for the plate pinches. My metal plates have ridges/holes and aren’t going to work as a grip exercise.
I might drill a hole in a 2x4 and then hang a plate off it

just hang eiterh from the pull up bar or from the square tubing of the cage for time. add weight.

Can do! My pull-up bar has a fat side that makes it harder to grip so I’ll use it

W1d5 done: I actually did 16 reps at 185 for the last set instead of 8; feeling strong AF at that point. Then the 20 rep row sets kicked my arse. Subbed in cable overhead extensions for skullcrushers since it is so much easier to switch weights, and then did cliffhangers for 20s as grip work supersetted with the pushdowns.
This is a really good program it’s pushing me hard every day.

After those rows winded me so badly today I looked ahead to see how the reps/sets changed.
Can we talk about the 8 sets of 16 bb bent over rows on w3d5? It seems like an extreme outlier compared to the 4x20 w1,3&4 haha.

40 reps at 205 felt really good. Really hoping to put up 300 plus lbs at the end of this program.
My schedule is all jacked up due to hunting trips.
