W4D3 is done and I'm completely wiped out. I'll do my last day on Friday. One more month on the barbell and I'm taking a break.

last night was rest night. got 2 more days and just have to suffer through it.
next week will be testing/deload week then starting rebuilt 2.0.

My phone notified me this morning that my "health trends" are worsening. My daily steps, exercise minutes, and daily miles all have gone down in the last 2 weeks since I have been under the weather. Go frick yourself apple watch

Seems like alot of us that are in calorie deficits are all worn out.
I'm still planning on running superset next. Lsu777 is doing defranco, What are others plans?

I had planned on a calorie deficit this month but I’m just too hongry. Feeling good and strong.
I’m running DB Strength next because I already have it and I’ll be out of town for a couple weeks and won’t be able to keep up with y’all.

I am still deciding on my workout for next month. May just go back to the basics for the month. Maybe some less intense workouts suit me well

yea plenty of the ppsa programs work good in a deficit but not strongville
its meant for eating a dozen eggs and 2 lbs of ribeyes

Finished the program strong today (pun intended). Hit all steps on the ladder with deadlift. I can confidently say that’s the most reps I’ve ever done with 405# so I’m very happy with how that turned out.
Overall, I liked this program a lot but it was too fricking long lol. I plan to run it again later in the year but will have to pick a slow month at work to do it. Will probably start Pool Season 1 on Sunday. Good work fellas and good luck finishing strong to those who still have a little work left

My scales say I’m down 4.5 lbs for the month, losing 5.5 lbs of fat while gaining 1 lb of lean mass. I kinda believe it; this was quite a month of clanging and banging (with 45min of elliptical and and work on every non-lifting day).
We actually ran the Jacked Friday workout yesterday and then Thicksgiving this am. It was surprising how much faster it was than doing strongville

If I am looking for a little less intense month on PPSA programs which one would you recommend?

1 of the 3 day programs superset or seesaw or pump city as a 3 day
for 4 days and prolly least amount of volume...21 to party.

W4D3 finished. Definitely going to do a deload week next week and then probably run dumbbell strength during February. Need something a little different

I’ll prolly grab it here soon but not in a hurry to do anymore barbell programs for minimum of 8 weeks but gonna do the whole rebuilt 2.0 program so gonna be 12 atleast

Not doing strongville again unless I’m willing to do dozen eggs and minimum of 2 lbs of steak a day. Just too hard. I remember it being hard in august but I wasn’t cutting then and it wasn’t this hard

So how does this PPSA work? Is it like Stronglifts or one of those where I add a certain weight to my TMs after each program? What’s a good program to followup this one with? I want 4 days that has a squats and bench emphasis, trying to go heavy on both.

lsu777 recommended me doing 21 to party and when I looked it up yesterday that is what it sounded like.
