Still pretty sure we are getting jacked on these programs

I am for sure bigger in the last couple of months. My shirts fit tighter in the chest and arms. I'm about to have to swap one of my gym shirts out because it's getting ridiculously tight in the arms and chest.

Yes all of my clothes fit tighter. My pants are getting more snug in the waist than I would like too

I'm with you there. That's why I starting cutting a bit last week. I don't really care if I lose much just don't want to grow anymore.

I just feel like I have put on a good bit of muscle mass and I don't want to lose what I have gained. But I know I need to cut some.

Did hot yoga this morning on my off day. Felt perfect kind of sore this morning and moving around really helped.

I’ve always been a 5x5 or a 531 guy, and I gotta say I love the unknown of not knowing what each day will be. It’s quite the change from my robotic standard schedule, and I’m really enjoying the unknown each day when I wakeup!

We did this once a week in residency for the "required wellness" and man I loved it. I was terrible at it, but I loved the stretching and I slept so good after all that sweat.

I need to find this again

Yup, I’ll sleep like the dead today after the hot yoga plus drinking a ton of water and eating a shitton

Scenery is always great at those classes too

W1D2 done. Getting some serious pain in my elbow going into my bicep. Started with those wrist twist things during Big Bench. I don't think anything is torn but if it gets worse I may have to take a break.

W2D3 done. That shoulder circuit was a doozy!

Had to do it out of order again because the squat rack hogger was back doing his 8 sets of OHP. I did the Arnold Press after bench press. I suspect my shoulder my shoulders would have been screaming at me had I done them in the proper order

I’ve got to figure out what I’m doing wrong with OHP or Arnolds.

Like clockwork, my neck locks up. Upper trap and levator scap light me up every time.

777 may be able to offer some more insight, but I'd say to do some extra neck exercises or ROM exercises before OHP/Arnolds.

#1 check your form and make sure you are not straining your neck when you do the exercise

#2 add some neck stretches in the warm up

Anything to do with "curling"or bending. With my palm up I could almost draw a line from my forearm just below the elbow, through the elbow unto the bicep. Feels like the forearm part is the most tender

sounds kind of like bicep tendopathy

read this and start trying the prehab stuff and lay off any pulling motions for a few days

Same here but it’s because a guy had to use the rack for bench since I hogged ours with 7 sets so I can’t really be upset.
