All this squat, squirt, pants talk...it makes me remember a rule.
Don't squat above 50% of your 1rm if you have the squirts. I've found your attention to sphincter control drops off past 50%.
You try to go heavy, that intrabdominal pressure will trigger a high pressure blowout.

When I perform a move, such as a squat, RDLs, or good mornings that cause leggings to stretch across my arse you cannot see my panties or skin. That way you have to guess if it’s a thong or cheeky that day.

I have a garage gym. It takes a lot more than leggings talk to challenge my innocence.
When you have a garage gym, you can have a clothing optional gym. Until your wife sees you. I tried compression shorts only one time and that is still a talking point for her over a year later.
Point being, the H+F board is more adventurous than you're giving us credit for.
