I still feel like shite. Last night I was puking and squirting. Slept all day today. Still feel full though. Like my stomach is full to capacity. All I’ve had today is Gatorade and water. Not sure at what point I should try eating regular food.

(I lost like 5 pounds last night FWIW)

I would just try to drink some electrolytes and wait it out.

I went through the same thing on Monday, started at 12:30 Monday morning. By Monday night I had a small serving of plain white rice. Tuesday went back to work and grabbed a grilled chicken sandwich at Chic Fil A. Was fine after both of those meals and pretty much went back to eating normal after that. Was drinking both water and Pedialyte on Monday trying to stay hydrated.

Not much is worse to deal with than a stomach bug. Make you miserable for 24/48 hours.

I would say that’s pretty normal. You should worry more about hydration than food at this point. If you can hold it down, drink a pedialyte and snack on some crackers. Take sips and small bites as to not upset your stomach and puke again. You could also try bone broth to help replenish your nutrients as well. It’s not sweet like pedialyte. Maybe you’ll handle that better.
