I have always trained my tibs with a resistance band, but have been looking at some of the tib trainers to add weight and wondering if anyone here might have one?
Have been looking at various options and even making my own, but this is the idea for a single leg version:

I'm curious about the responses on this since I've been eyeballing the recently released Rogue model.
I do a fair amount of trail running and feel like an implement would be a good accessory addition along with my CrossFit programming.

Tibs wrap around your knee. Healthy knees are pretty important for active people.
I do 100 tib raises everyday.

for normal everyday joe...as mentioned, help with keeping the knees healthy
for athletes....healthy kness but they also play a major role in jumping and sprinting. also working them prevents shin splints which is essentially overuse of the tib muscle, tendons and the bones. Training those helps prevent the muscle issues, it strengthens the tendons and strength training is the best thing we know of for bone health.

I went the cheap route and simply use a strap and a dumbbell. It works for me and is easy to use at the gym instead of bringing a piece of gear.

If salmon does it that probably means it’s useful for kayaking or some bs and not an important muscle that chicks look at

I thought about buying one but figured out I can easily get the job done with one of my lighter kettlebells.

Added tib raises today. This is why I love this board.
