Sort of a deadlift combined with a bent over row. But I do them on a slight elevation like a step thing they use in aerobic class.

Do them with less weight than a DL but more than row.

CSB I realize but just thought I’d share since I get so much from this board!

No, not sumo position and I’m not going to a high pull position. I always stay bent over.

Basically just combine a bent over row with a deadlift and then stand on a step up so your range of motion is increased.
