Do they work?

Yes unless you have an injury. But most pain may be due to a form issue. When does it hurt? What are you doing?

Its worked for me. Tho keep in mind some elbow pain is actually wrist related.

Presses and Pulls is faint.
I can feel my right elbow when i squeeze my hand tight. Like flexing tight, not a normal movement.

Whenever you press and pull, are your elbows flaring out? If so, that will put a lot of strain in your elbows. Try to keep your elbow tucked closer to your body. They should only flare out at maybe a 20 or so degree angle.
If it’s not that, you may have tendonitis from usage. A sleeve would help, but ibuprofen and rest would be optimal. Sleeves are better at prevention than fixing.
If that doesn’t work after a week or so, you may want to see a doctor. You may have an injury. It’s probably minor, but you can irritate it and cause a serious injury.

by flaring in press, do you mean wrists inside of elbows?

Yes, a sleeve can work, depending on what is causing the pain.

I use them more to keep my elbows warm and sweaty than for support tbh. Which... should help with elbow pain.

Be careful with elbow pain. I'm in Year 2 of tennis elbow that I neglected for too long.

My right one bothers me mainly during tricep work. Can't figure out the problem.

They help keep the joint warm.
In addition to the fixes already proposed, shoulder flexibility did wonders for me. My shoulders were tight and that transferred a ton to elbows.

As I am 52 and approaching 53 soon, I can verify that everything is tighter as we age. I think I do more stretching and flexibility work than actual weight training.
