Thanks to all of those in this old thread that recommended the Theraband FlexBar for golfer's elbow. I had been dealing with golfer's elbow for about a month after overdoing it with too many pull ups and other pulling exercises one day. I also felt the pain while benching when extending to lockout.

I bought the FlexBar last week and am already feeling the benefits. I benched this morning with very little elbow pain. I think I will be good to go with another week of using the FlexBar.

This may be horrible advice, but it worked for me. I just kept on going through it and the pain eventually just went away.

I had it so bad I could barely hold a cup of coffee.

I got an elbow brace(it helped my golf swing) which holds in heat.

Try Cosamin DS LINK

It worked a miracle for me. It took a few weeks but I started to notice a difference in a week.

Mine was inside elbow right by the pointy bone. I could activate the pain by pressing down on inside of my ring finger while keeping my finger stiff.

Back day and any pulls really hurt it.
What worked for me was I still did all my same exercises but changed my grip to where I wasn't putting pressure on my ring and pinky fingers. Sure I had to go lighter but it worked. It went away over time.

Also what helped are the wrist straps that have metal hooks.
Especially with shoulder shrugs, lat pull downs and farmers walk. Took the pressure off my hands and distributed to my wrists. Still use them to this day to go heavier where my grip won’t give out before the muscle I’m working

Which Flex Bar are y’all using? Looks like there are a couple of different types - light, medium, and heavy.

I decided to start on the green one, it's identified as the Medium and the description says it takes 15lbs of force to bend it into a "U" shape. I never used it that way, I did these exercises where I twisted it. My problem was lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), and I figured if I started with a medium strength therabar and it wasn't the right resistance I'd know if I needed more or less resistance, but the medium strength bar would still be somewhat useful for warming up or for maintenance work. If I had started out with one that was either way too light or way too heavy to be useful then I'd feel like I wasted my money due to not being able to use it right away. This green one worked for me to get rid of the pain, and still seems useful even though I no longer have any issues. It's just used for maintenance now.

Flossing and the Costco Triple Action Joint Health pills worked wonders for me. I struggled a long time with golfer’s elbow and almost went to surgery.

Another vote for flossing. It's not comfortable while you're doing it but very effective.

Lots of exercise and therapy protocols out there for tennis elbow. Might also look at BPC 157. Many seem to suggest injections at the site, but I believe that oral is also effective (just not as cost effective probably).
