Not too bad but hopefully it gets bumped up to 100-120g a day
I didn’t have a really good shite until today tho
Im at 176.4 today
Will post a Friday weight pic
Body composition is looking great, sucks the first four pounds came off like nothing but the last four been a fight.
Got three more to go but I’ll see if I can get to 170
Fat of course melts off my forearms which I hate

The lack of carbs really hit me this morning
woke up feeling really beat up and not recovered at all
going to tone done my intensity on workouts the rest the week
thank god next week is deload week on my program bc my legs need it

Got down to 175
putting an end to the diet
9 pounds in 5 weeks, would keep going but my PCS got pushed back up to in less than 2 weeks so im going to be crazy busy trying to sort everything for a cross country move.
