Thicksgiving and Jacked Friday. I can't post the IG image. Maybe 777 can do it.

Looks like a hell of a leg day tomorrow.

I was supposed to have a rest day before finishing up Arm Farm, but I think I’m down to run this tomorrow and Friday and then finish up Arm Farm Sunday and Monday. That leg day looks like it will make whatever thanksgiving feast you eat be totally justified.

I was already planning to do squats today when I saw this workout.

The reverse lunges I won't like, but at least it's only 3 sets

I'll probably add some DB leg curls at the end.

WTF?

Bulgs were a bitch. Couldn't get balanced for shite. Used 40lb DBs.

Two sets in on front squats and my legs are cramping like a mofo. This is going to be a freaking battle to get done.

3rd set was better. Stretching my legs more between sets is helping.

I scuffled through this. My legs are spent. Been raining here all day so no recovery walk. This one whooped my arse.

Best part is I still have to climb up in the attic today and carry down all the Christmas trees and decorations.

I gotta learn better front squat form; made it through them but they are just so awkward. Last set of lunges as soon as I put the Turkey in the oven :)

//edit: going for a recovery walk now and that workout kicked my arse. Moving like 2/3 speed haha

I’m rolling with it tomorrow. I’d rather squat than do deadlifts on the last day of Arm Farm.

Did jacked Friday. Got a feeling my arms gonna be super sore tomorrow, also failed that last bigger set of bench on 10. Painful but enjoyable workout.

I feel like a donkey kicked me in my glutes today. Thicksgiving got me good. I’m gonna run Jacked Friday after a couple of Teams meetings today and then crush leftover Turkey and spinach madelaine

It’s been a while since high intensity squats. My quads are screaming a bit at the top of the mountain.

Jacked Friday didn’t beat me up so bad but I have a massive arm pump after the 4x25 overhead extension/ cable curl superset

I did this workout Friday. It's Monday and I'm still feeling it.
