Went see my PT today. I’ll be right as rain in no time. Going to do light weight stuff this week, finish off the week with another appointment and go from there.

It’s a deload week, so injured or not, I’m on easy street.

Bench Press: 10x2 295 lbs.
Rear Lateral Raise: 3x20: 50lbs
Incline DB Press: 4x6: 200 lbs.
Reverse Pec Dec: 3x12: 110 lbs.
Incline Cable Fly: 3x10: 120 lbs.

I lifted Monday, just didn't post. Today, ME lower.

First time box squatting ever. 4 singles at 315.

2 single deads with wife pulling me down on the negative. 495 on the way up.

2 giant sets of BB hack squats, weighted glute ham raises, reverse hypers and terminal knee extensions.

2 giant sets of yoke walk, weighted ab wheel, side plank and sled push/pull.

Dynamic/rep upper day.

2 giant sets of 225x5 bench, trx rows, side laterals, curls and slamball chest passes. 2 more of weighted pushups, rows, side laterals, curls and close grip dead press.

4 supersets of farmers walk with 250 per hand and neck work. Gonna have a nice, thick neck.

Managed to pull a muscle in my lower back this morning rolling out of bed but frick it, why not go for a new PR on deadlift. I have a feeling I'm going to be paying for this big time tomorrow morning. Oh well.

T Bar Row: 4x225 4x235 4x245 4x225 4x225
Pull Ups: 6x6
Seat Cable Rows: 3x6 200lbs
Pulldowns: 3x6 200lbs

DE squats.

6x3 box squats with SSB in giant sets with weighted glute/ham raises and reverse hypers.

DB bench in giant sets with rows and shrugs. 3 giant sets.

Neck work and sledgehammers to finish.

Worked up to 270 Deadlift x5 then 5x5 Deadlift 210

Followed up with 100 lb Press then 80 lbs 5x5

Pretty easy day overall.

Got back to squats today after almost 2 months off between my hip and ankle. I am so weak. Started BBB today.

Squats: 190x5, 220x5, 250x9
Romanian DL: 135 5x10
Flute Bridge: 135 5x10
Hanging leg raises: 5x10

Legs are dead.

Ab stuff

Deadlift is a little weak after the time off, but decent considering I had to take a month off.
