Really had a good day with squats. I was able to move it really well.

Reverse Banded Deadlift
Set 1: 45 lb × 10 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 135 lb × 5 [Warm-up]
Set 3: 225 lb × 3 [Warm-up]
Set 4: 315 lb × 3 [Warm-up]
Set 5: 475 lb × 4
Set 6: 525 lb × 3
Set 7: 555 lb × 2

Weighted Chin-ups (bw+weight)
Set 1: 220 lb × 6
Set 2: 245 lb × 5
Set 3: 220 lb × 6
Set 4: 220 lb × 6
Set 5: 220 lb × 6

Internal Shoulder Rotations
Set 1: 45 lb × 12
Set 2: 40 lb × 15
Set 3: 40 lb × 15

First day back in the gym after a much needed week off. Its funny how quick you lose that mind-muscle connection, I always feel shaky and uncoordinated after any break but today wasn't too bad.

Conventional deadlift 455 x 1. Goal is to pull 500 by January. Having some grip issues, trying to avoid using straps but will have chalk next time.

Rear Lateral Raise (machine)

Bench Press (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 130 lb × 10
Set 2: 160 lb × 8
Set 3: 180 lb × 6

So so workout today. I didn't miss any lifts but bench felt like garbage. Think I might substitute db press for bp on my high volume hypertrophy days.

3 SS of tempo BP 5@150, 10 Meadows rows, 10 hanging leg raises. Did 2 additional sets of rows and leg raises for a total of 5x10.

3 sets of 15 ring push-ups, 15 cable curls, 15 banded face-pulls

Canditos 6 week program, a little modified at times. I was suppose to stop after doing the 5x3 but my legs still felt fresh.

40 walking lunges with the weight vest

3 SS of tempo OHP 5@100 + 10 pull-ups (alt. between pronated/supinated grips each set) + 20 ring L-sit flutter kicks. Did 2 additional sets of pull-ups and flutter kicks for a total of 5 sets.

3 sets of the following:
15 DB front/lateral raises
15 DB hammer curls
15 tricep pushdowns
