I’m going to get fired and go to jail. It’s the only outlet I have.

It's genuinely the best investment I ever made.

Tonight I did hands wide SSB squat triples to 315, then 2 giant sets of SSB box squats, glute ham raises, reverse hypers and sissy squats.

Then 2 giant sets of yoke walk, copenhagens and calf raises. Finished with some tabata sled dragging.

Turns out Jay Electronica/Jay-Z's Universal Soldier is a good lifting song.

We’re almost all going to walk into the gym again weaker and smaller (or fatter)

My gym took down their insta post about being closed...I’m praying this means that they are open.

Shot them one this morning. No response but also hasn’t been read. I’m thinking they’re closed.

My half-arse home gym definitely isn't anything to brag about but frick am I glad i have it right now. Things might get interesting tomorrow though. I have a feeling you're not supposed to load the bar with 400-500 lbs. in a $200 power rack so its entirely possible I might die doing squats in my living room. Guess there's worse ways to go.

Dips
Set 1: 1 lb × 12 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 35 lb × 8 [Warm-up]
Set 3: 70 lb × 8
Set 4: 115 lb × 6
Set 5: 115 lb × 6
Set 6: 115 lb × 5
Set 7: 70 lb × 8

T-Bar Rows
Set 1: 90 lb × 8
Set 2: 115 lb × 6
Set 3: 140 lb × 6
Set 4: 150 lb × 6
Set 5: 150 lb × 6

Skullcrushers
Set 1: 70 lb × 12
Set 2: 90 lb × 8
Set 3: 90 lb × 8
Set 4: 90 lb × 8
Set 5: 70 lb × 14

Bent Over Row (Barbell)
Set 1: 115 lb × 8
Set 2: 135 lb × 8
Set 3: 185 lb × 6
Set 4: 205 lb × 6

Close Grip Bench Press (Barbell)
Set 1: 135 lb × 10 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 225 lb × 6
Set 3: 225 lb × 6
Set 4: 245 lb × 5

I didn't die!!!! The rack was wobbling all over the place but it held up, barely. I was supposed to go up to 505 lb. but all I have are bumper plates so I ran out of room on the bar sleeves.

Ab Wheel
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 10 reps

Squats
Set 1: 135 lb × 8 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 225 lb × 5 [Warm-up]
Set 3: 315 lb × 5 [Warm-up]
Set 4: 455 lb × 3
Set 5: 455 lb × 3
Set 6: 455 lb × 3

Stiff Leg Deadlift (Barbell)
Set 1: 135 lb × 5
Set 2: 135 lb × 5
Set 3: 225 lb × 5
Set 4: 295 lb × 3

Glad you made it

I hope one day I will be able to flex on everyone and say “the bar didn’t have enough room for the weight I can push”

Squat singles up to 385. 385 was way slower than I wanted, but I'm coming off a deload and working back up.

2 giant sets of SSB squats x3, RDL's, reverse hyper and sissy squats.

3 giant sets of yoke walk, calves and copenhagens. Felt good that I got into the high 500's in yoke walk for the first time in a bit.
