Can't recall the exact number. 258? I did true scaled. I got to 5 reps of the 135. As usual, breathing was my issue. Not sad I didn't get the extra 4 minutes, as I wanted no part of 155 at that point.
Going to try to start going back today. Shaking hands at the funeral home resulted in cold #3 of this season. I can't do shite when I am sick.

Nice!! I got to 256 and had 3 reps of the 135, so yeah 258 sounds right.
I had stitches/cramping in my right side as soon as the extra 4 minutes for the 3rd round started, and I didn't do well dealing with that pain. Every breath hurting like that really freakin sucks. I kept stopping to double over and catch my breath and try to let that cramping subside, but it didn't really until I got to the cleans and it was far too late by that point.

Ya'll put me to shame. Only had a few reps left to make the 8 minute limit.
My judge talked me into switching bar height on the rig right before I went to a shorter bar that required me to hold my legs up, bent at the knee, the entire motion. Was a little uncomfortable and I think I could have made that time up if I was more used to that height. My second 25 was faster than my first 25 just from getting used to it.

My workout sucked today just didn’t have the juice esp in my legs after yesterday
Wanted to do 19.2 but knew when I was warming up front squats I didn’t have it
Strength 5x3 front squats at like 70% so got up to 185 for the last set
Conditioning
15 min AMRAP
10 dumbbell thrusters at 35lbs
10 kettle bell swings at 53lbs
200 meter run
5 dead hang pull ups
Wanted to do 19.2 but knew when I was warming up front squats I didn’t have it

Cannot shake this cold. There is nothing worse in my life than working out sick. So, it looks like I will have to go straight from 19.2 to 19.3 with zero workouts in between.

Finally did 19.2 RX’d
Well I got to the 185 bar and was able to crank out one rep
My back knotted up during the second round of toes to bar
I really didn’t want to do shite after
But did a 12 min EMOM
Odd min 5 double hang kettle bell snatches at 35lbs

19.3 is ridiculous. When they announced HSPUs I was thinking, "oh great I can do HRPUs for scaled." Well I was wrong. And still using a 50 lb dumbbell and 24 in box. This is gonna suck

They didn’t do a good job of scaling this one. I’m going to do it on Monday because I’m sick right now. Probably won’t get thru the HSPU even after scaling it. If shale suck pretty bad.

When I think about it, 18.3 or 18.4 had a movement that I couldn't do and I was pretty mad about it. I think it was pullups. But they didn't even really scale this one much. No lighter weight on the step ups floors me.

They’re just making the bar higher for scaled which doesn’t make sense given their recent narrative on social media. HRPUs have always been the scaled version of HSPUs. Not anymore I guess.
It’ll be a quick workout for me, scaled or not it will end after the box.
