Highly suggest trying to do at least a small amount of double unders before switching to single. Gotta practice to get that rhythm.

For example 10 push ups, 10 sit ups 5 squats
Then 30 on 30 off 8 rounds
Various core work

Pretty sure I found something I am never going to do again. We often have lateral raises as super sets with our overhead work. They were combined with Z-presses Tuesday. My shoulders are still hurting, and it's not that good soreness hurting either. I'm 51 and have had injections in both shoulders in the past. I just don't want to hurt myself doing this.

I went 35 & 15 on the thrusters and then unbroken on the pull-ups.
I’m good at pull-ups so that was my savior.

A.)EMOM X 5 (10:00)
M1: Pull up Hold as long as possible into Dead Hand for remainder of minute (trying to hang on the bar as much of the minute as possible)
M2: Rest
B.) 10:00 AMRAP
10 Toes to bar
10 Box Jumps
10 Calorie Row
I have some fat pad impingement on my right knee, according to the PT. My back squat and front squat form is fine, but on wall balls I squat down by pushing my knees forward, apparently. Overcompensating to stay upright. It's just really inflamed by the wall balls Monday. So I have to lay off of it for a while told the inflammation goes down and work on my form and strengthening my hips.
I subbed out rowing with assault bike, and box jumps with step ups. Step ups had to be very small, still irritated my knee some.
5 rounds.
