This endurance day was so hard. I only did 3 rounds of snatches and rower, rowing for 2 min max meters. I was over 609m the first two rounds, performance fell off significantly in round 3.

On the push press, I did 50@105.

I was done after that. I will say, I have great power and can get after it for a short period of time, longer workouts destroy me, especially longer cardio. I am not good at pacing and tend to go pretty much all out and hard as possible from the start.

Tonight I have

A) 3 sets
8 reps per leg: Elevated front leg suitcase lunges
1.1.1 Power Cleans

B) 10 RFT 165/115 (10 min cap)
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats

A) Didn’t push relatively hard there and finished at 175lb Cleans

B) 90 reps. Sprained my thumb on the first rep with my hook grip and ended up stripping down from the Rx weight down to 135 to try to complete the workout. Didn’t start lifting again until 2:30 in. Left thumb is still sore.

Dunno if I am just not used to combining hard conditioning with heavy strength work like this or what but these workouts are burying me. I have been scaling them some, even so it's destroying me to where I am layed out for 3 or 4 min barely able to move.

It's a good feeling, especially with my strength increasing but it's fricking humbling for sure.

Glad to see it's not just me. I have done CrossFit before plenty of times but never like this. This heavy then Sprint then rest shite is hard as hell.

My legs were starting to cramp tonight after the squats.

Had to just do 3 rounds on the last circuit and had to scale the kb swing to 70 lbs as I don't have 100.

Depends on how hard you push the amrap. It will be hard so try and pace until you get in a groove

There were bar over burpees on my first workout. The coach had to cut me off during it. He said later, he thought i was either going to break a leg on a failed jump, or die trying.

Then again, I was 50 at the time and had not been working out at all.

First one.. take it easy. Let the coach scale that for you. That's a pretty brutal WOD for a first workout. Fit or not, if you're not used to that intensity it will take its toll on you

Day two of the HIBB

This shite is not for the faint of heart

Take what you think your level of fitness is and throw it out window

Took me 57mins to finish today’s workout

57 mins of hell

The assault bike deadlifts portion was one of the roughest things I’ve done

Started out with 315 had to drop the weight to 225

Haha I have done it twice with 275, first time I quit after 5 rounds, last time we finished. One of the hardest workout I have ever done.

Man I'm so glad I'm not just a pussy and glad someone else is suffering with me.

And yes not for the faint of heart, workout 12 was a mother fricker too btw

I am doing #19

I will have to scale the rope climbs. For my neighbor it will be ring rows

I am trying to hit squat/bench/press/deadlift/ snatch or clean during the week with a core/cardio day in between. Doing 3 on, then core/cardio, then 2 on core/cardio.

Gonna be weird tonight not having the crazy hard conditioning. Gonna be nice.

Loving this shite so far and getting damn good results, I will make sure after my Beach vacation I go thru all 60 in order then the hibb 100.

Btw day 3 for you will be hard too in a different way. I suggest instead of the shrugs you do farmers walk, I do them with KB, this will stretch the shite out of your biceps.

Oh and don't be cheating on those "21's", it's all reps with one arm then switch....good luck with that

I for the life of me could not do thrusters. Heels coming so far off the ground as soon as I hip hinge.

Was able to do it a little better with the barbell as opposed to dumbbells.

Felt good to sweat a good bit.
