Workout of the Day
A.) Strict Press
3x5 Across
B.) For Time:
8-4-2-4-8
Power Clean (165/115)
Strict HSPU
*25# Plate + 1 Abmat is max scale
I worked up to 105lb strict press
115lb power cleans felt good. I did the first half unbroken. Probably could've done a little more but I spent so much time on the second movement that it's good I didn't go too heavy on cleans.
Did box hspu... Or whatever it's called. Knees on box, torso upright, hands and head make a tripod and you do the same motion as hspu.

Still slowly coming back from this neck thang.
I did single cleans in part B. Should have TNG’d 4x2 on the 8s and all of the others to go sub 5, but still slowly getting back into full swing.

I did 25lb oh carry and 185 deadlifts
1st lap wasn't easy, 2nd lap was definitely hell. Triceps on fire, and i only did 25lb

Doing Grace today. Will be my first at Rx. I think I am going to treat it as an EMOM and rest every minute no matter what. I get winded easier than anyone else in that room.

Anyone done any of Ryan Fischer's programs? Been doing the high intensity bodybuilding and am really liking it.
I have been adding a giant set with the main mover for the day and doing the giant set brain alshure style.
Really looking it but I am definitely having to scale it some, mainly in the number of rounds and amount of time on the rower/air bike.
Been a while since I have felt a pump like this and also that vomiting feeling at the same time. Been awesome.
Anyone looking for programming, give it a look. Very similar to brute body, which btw I have a full year of programming from.

My quad endurance has been shite lately and the B part ate my lunch. We had a packed class and I was stuck with a steel plyo platform instead of a box and I was very deliberate on them so I wouldn’t miss a jump.

Ring Push Up Bottom Hold 15-20”
B.) 15 mins for Quality:
15 BB OH Sit Ups
15/s ½ Kneeling DB Chop
15/s Side Raises
I've never been able to do any type of ring hold, but I was able to hold for 7-10sec at a time today
I'm seeing progress lately with my weight loss and now with a maintenance/strength period. Feels awesome
