30 Power Clean
30 Jump Over (I used my bench to jump over)

Monster conditioning day today

15 round EMOM
2 power cleans at 175

For time
200 meter run
30 KB snatches 15 each arm at 35lbs
30 body weight lunges
400 meter run
20 KB snatches
20 body weight lunges
800 meter run
10 KB snatches
10 body weight lunges

17:58. I almost died on that 800 meter run

8 round EMOM
Min 1 5 8 count bodybuilders
Min 2 5 strict pull ups

3 mile run at nice and easy 10 min mile pace

The dry summer heat finally hitting Oklahoma 90s with almost 20 mph wind made it miserable at times

Workout of the Day

A.) 3 Sets:

30M DB Death March
Ring Pull Up or Strict Muscle Up (scale was hip hinge row)

B.) For Time:

With a Partner

27-21-15-9

Calorie Row
Thrusters (75/55)

Partners work at the same time. P1 will start on rower. P2 will start with squats. After they complete the reps, they switch.



Did 55lb thrusters. Completed in 11:53

185 lb deadlifts
50 lb DB STOH

Each round followed by 30 DU

Finished in 4:58 rx. I say that to say I think for the first time in Crossfit I was way too intense. I just felt bad even they today.

Happened to me a couple of times during the Open. Handling weights I'm not used to and stuff. Finish the workout shaking, CNS totally shot, then drag the rest of the day

Today was 3 RFT

3 laps (about 340M each lap)
50 Hollow rocks



I did....

Back Squats: Work up a heavy set of 3x3
Deadlift; Work up to a heavy set of 3x3

Back Squat: Finished at 315x3
Deadlift: Finished at 345x3

Finally getting this pinched nerve behind me but still a little off. Hopefully after a few more weeks it’ll be clear.

I have been running on my own time to prep for murph, so between 3 days running this week and yesterday's WOD my legs are pretty fried. Decided to just go for a long walk and stretch at home

What was the men’s order?

12/19 in the men’s division qualified for the games already so it’s a 7-man race to win the qualifying spot.
