6x5 deadlift. Stopped at 325

500m run
50 sumo dL hp at 75
40 thrusters at 75
30 pull-ups
20 bar over burpees
500m run

19:03.... the pull-ups were misesrable

Haven’t done CTB pull-ups or deadlifts either. I can see them doing a vote similar to last year. Whatever we haven’t done will be included in the choices.

PT test today

max out score on push ups, sits ups and waist

run was slower than i wanted but it was with 12-15mph winds, so i didn't even push the pace

still scored an excellent so no more test for the next year

the breathing fire conditiong program is paying off tho. I wasn't even tired after the run compared to last year i ran about 30 secs slower and was about to die when i finished.

What’s the breathing fire conditioning program? And what did you have PT test for? Fire, police, or military?

AMRAP Plus One has a frick ton of programs

I got it from the LSU777 google drive

im air force so its 1 min push ups, sits ups and 1.5 mile run

I’m a firefighter and we have to do the same thing plus 1 rep max static bench and a sit and reach.

Oh boy. Well I can't do pull ups. I guess I can do 33 thrusters then scale with whatever time is left. It's gonna take me a while to get 33 thrusters anyway

That is such a gross workout. My shoulders are going to be wrecked.

I’ll be doing singles by round of 15 on everything.

I think it is irresponsible for me to do it. Fran wrecks me. I can’t imagine 20 minutes of it.

I will probably give in and do it but that is 100 frocking thrusters. There is zero way I finish. I may not get they the 21

What do you mean? Its not like its 60 reps of each before beginning a Fran w/ CTB!!

Can't decide what I want to do. Scale and be in a lot of pain but look like a moron jumping up and down and having someone do 1 rx thruster and be above me, or rip my hands to shreds and watch 5-10 minutes wind down too tired to move.

Man I just don’t think it is a good idea for me to fatigue my shoulders that way then be kipping like a maniac on the bar to CTB.

It is 20 minutes, maybe if I am reasonable and pace it out I’ll not be too blasted
