Smith is now 3rd
She works harder than anyone else at our box and just has an insane motor. She's been doing this less than 2 years. Her progression has been insane to watch.

I figured she'd end up top 5 at least. Judge screwed her out of a 3rd place finish on the assault bike/lunge or she'd be in 2nd right now. Could still end up winning it.

Go check out a local place. If you really like gymnastics you'll prob get hooked. Esp the gains in strength you'll see

Great kid.
1st, 1st, 2nd finishes today. She should be 16 points ahead of 2nd now. And around 38 ahead of 3rd.
It will more than likely be between her and that Kim girl that is super consistent.

When I saw Wasatch at the South Regional, I knew Mayhem was fricked. The women on Wasatch are so much better than those on any other team it's ridiculous.
Fraser has run away with it on the Men's side. He can nearly skip 2 events and still hold the lead. Ohlsen is in 2nd. He's an alright dude, too. I've talked to him a few times.
I still think Fikowski finishes 2nd, though.
Pulling for Thorisdottir on the Women's side. She always has a smile on her face regardless of the result, ..and she does it for me.

Wish we could've seen Froning vs Fraser now. Fraser is destroying a much tougher field than Froning ever went against. He would beat Froning by quite a bit.

The team CrossFit chicks are much more aesthetically appealing than the solo girls. Don't need all that muscle mass.
