I saw them at my grocery store the other day and got really excited. They had the peach and the raspberry one.
But they are kinda pricey. $2.50 per small single bottle.

This is the only type of bottle water in other countries too. You have to specifically as for the non-carnonated to get regular water.
Regular water is better for you, and your teeth. Carbonated is more acidic.

I started drinking these the first time we did Whole30 and hated them. They've grown on me. I find the Kroger brand ones to be the best. Mostly because they are cheaper than the rest and taste the same. My wife got the Soda Stream Sparkling water maker for christmas, so well see how that works.

If you can find it try the Bubbly Brand. We use to always drink La Croix but Bubbly actually tastes so much better. The cherry flavor is my favorite since I always use to drink Dr. Pepper.

Be careful on Keto and make sure you get enough salts. It’s not all about the water as cramps are common. The other thing i suggest is you have a full blood panel done. Some people have issues with the increased fat intake. For example, my LDL shot up 40 points and part of it was the food. My body couldn’t absorb the fats.

The Walmart brand Clearly American has a strawberry that must be false advertising. There is no way it doesn’t have some type of sweetener in it. It says no sugars or sweeteners but it tastes like a strawberry icee

I’m a fan of either La Croix Orange (sounds odd, but surprisingly good), Lemon, or Pure, and if there is a Whole Foods near you, their brand 365 has a good orange as well. I used it to completely cut out soft drinks, and it’s worked wonders for me.

I'm obsessed with carbonated water. I tried soda stream but honestly it isn't the same.
I love Dasani (Coke brand) , Bubbly (Pepsi brand), Topo Chico, and La Croix. Ozarka also makes some good ones.

I intend to in a few months when I drop some more weight. I want to get to 240 first. Currently at 260
