What is up with this disturbing trend? Is there some calorie burning benefit to keeping your head encased in wool while working out or is this some way to look cool for Instagram?

I'll wear them if it's cold, but only if it's cold

Way more comfortable than a regular hat

The young kids in my gym started wearing cartoon pajama pants. I don't get that trend either.

I've worn one a few times when it was cold and it gave me a great pre workout itchy head feeling.
