Tested positive on a PCR yesterday.
Thankfully no fever. Just a lot of snot and a stupidly sore throat (thought it was strep at first). Fatigue.
I usually hit the Vitamin-C and Zinc hard with some ginger tea and honey but was curious what others folks have utilized with this current strain that seems more mucus and sore throat based.
TIA

You could add elderberry and magnesium.
You could even add beef kidney supplement (capsule form) from ancestralsupplements.com. This will help with any histamine issues

Ivermectin if you want to get rid of it.
Read were Pepcid or some stomach med blocks a receptor if you want to research.

Pepcid
Pepcid is a known inhibitor of corona viruses as is zinc and vitamin D. Which is AMAZING when you consider that it was never recommended by anyone except some Internet ‘whackos’.
