Mainly elbows these days but no, I'm not looking for an elbow specific supplement, LOL.

Fish or krill oil are supposed to be good for joints. What is causing your pain?

Fish oil is my go to. Three 1.5g pills in the morning and 3 before bed does the trick for me. I think you’re supposed to take them throughout the day for optimal results, but I suck at doing things throughout the day.

Right elbow issues that I was told was tendinitis, but I've tried those band wrap things and those didn't help. However both have been giving me issues for a while. I've even decreased the weight on tricep extension.

You probably just need to give it some rest.

Any idea of the source of the pain? That will make a pretty big difference.

I’ve had positive experiences using fish oil and turmeric for my knee pain.

Just gonna throw this out there but the "best" supplement for joint health is low-dose Deca-durabolin due to it's ability to significantly increase collagen synthesis.

There is nothing better for your joints than going to bed hydrated.
