Who here uses BCAAs? What changes did you notice when you started using them? When do you take them? Before? During? After workout?

During workout. I don't know the extent of how much they help, but they definitely help. They help your body process protein more efficiently, so they're good for recovery and muscle gain.

I take them during. Helps with endurance for me towards the end of my workouts when I'm dead.

I take Scviation Xtend BCAA’s before or well before my wod. I’ve noticed considerable energy and stamina by doing it that way vs post wod or none at all.

I use iForce Nutrition Compete, drink during my workout. It's the best intra-workout/BCAA supplement I've found but I think iForce just discontinued it. May be able to find some on sale for cheap online right now.

I take both. Usually sip on BCAAs all morning long after workout and fasting.

Just the BCAAs. I've tried several preworkout supps, and don't like the way any of them make me feel. Even at half dosages.

I use the Scivation BCAA's. I love them. I take them during my workout and it helps a good bit.
