Do you all include the weight of the bar into logging your lifts?

I have a spinlock york barbell and it only weighs like 7kg, but should I be including that in measuring my results? Im guessing yes? Thanks

I do, but doesn't matter so long as you stay consistent either way.

Lol. Your body weight is a variable, cold hard steel isn’t.
Don’t include your bodyweight in weighted Pullups.

Be sure to check barometric pressure and add that to your lifts as well.

Then how do you know you are getting stronger and your bodyweight isn't just going down?

You include total weight lifted on weighted bodyweight exercises it allows you to keep progressing as your weight fluctuates

Yep. I also add the following:

Bench press: add weight of arms
Squat: add body weight above waist
Deadlift: add full body weight

Besides squat, the others are not effecting the lift. Quit being dense
