I really gotta get into knee over toes guy. My left knee is pretty good (for now lol) but i struggle with my right knee and quad tendonitis. It's probably weakness and lack of mobility in my hips, but seems like his info is good.

90 minutes after work in the evenings.

Usually 75 minutes of weights and 15 minutes of HIIT.

It is very good. Most of the stuff he talks about I already knew from shite Daunte Trudal use to preach 15+ years ago. But KOTG presents it different and its used for different reasons.

The tibilia stuff though is new and I never thought about how hamstring weakness would affect the knee itself.

He has good shite. I actually figured out yesterday I have the program. I will try and get it uploaded this weekend to my drive and post the link for everyone.

I work out after work in my garage. I have 2 kids in elementary school and usually handle the cooking at home. I work out 3 days a week- hard and fast. Usually done in about 50 mins which is weights + 6 minute ab routine.

I ride the Peloton for 20-30 mins twice a week on non-lifting days.

I'm 40 and it keeps me happy.

not much difference than me. i dont ride a peloton and 3 maybe 4 nights a week in the garage is all i can really do. I have 3 boys 10 and under and all 3 play baseball so right now its crazy as i help with the teams. So i get most of my running around while at the fields.

I prolly need to add conditioning after i lift for 5-10 min but usually i am so drained after.

some of these people who have 2-3 hours a day everyday.....Im like wtf? how

young kids will suck the time with a quickness.
