Gained about 10 lbs over the holidays. Was holding steady constantly while working outside in the heat and generally more active since it wasn't dark when I got home. No other notable changes in eating/drinking.

Anyone can give a quick workout plan to knockout at night? Two small kids limiting time to get to an actual gym. (Terrible excuse, I know).

Just listened Ben Bergeron podcast that touched on this.

Combo of short run and burpees.
Air squats, pull-ups, pushups

After listening to Pavel Tatsouline on Rogan and Ferriss, im gonna give these a go with pushups, running, BW stuff. about a week in and i love em. lots of variations to view on youtube. probably $120 in with 3 bells from Academy

If you don’t have any equipment there is a plethora of military body weight programs out there

I'm doing push-ups, body weight squats or squats with dumbellals, weighted vest walks, burpees and some dumbell stuff.you can get a lot done if you work and stay consistent. I've set some rep goals for each month Jan through March to hit.

If you have a pull up bar you can do those too.

Handful of dumbells, and very light kettle bells. Now that you said Joe Rogan, I listened to that kettle bell guy on there. super intense. I may have to look into that. Thanks!

If you want to lose the weight and keep it off, you will need to include 20-30 minutes of cardio a few times a week. Whatever resistance training you do in addition to that will help replace the fat with some muscle and keep your metabolism ramped up longer.
